Summary:
The next couple of stories in Patsy's diary was saying that Nancy's mother had ran away. Ruth (Nancy's moms) came back and acted like she planned on staying with the family again. She stayed for a few days and then in the middle of the night she kidnapped her daughter and ran away into the night. They never heard from the poor child and the mother again. Later after that Patsy and her new friend Phillip were attending school, but hiding the fact.

- This quote happens to have alot of meaning because thats what Phillip said to Patsy to make her feel more encouraged and look forward to starting school.
Reaction:
My reaction on the book this week wouldn't be to explanable because I don't think my understanding of the books content was good this week. It was more so to just read the book and make the post, as opposed to getting the full understanding and content of the book.
